Reports to: Key Account Manager
Location: Balassagyarmat / Buk / Sopron

Job Purpose:

Coordinate and supervise day to day service delivery in site, to ensure contractual responsibilities achievement and drives development and growth opportunities. Single point of contact in front of client, responsible for operations and direct team.

The key success factors for the role will be:

  • Service delivery at contractual level as per service level agreement
  • Maintained timelines, quality standards and budgetary targets
  • Successful management of coordinated teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate soft and hard FM activities on site
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to be addressed by customised solutions through up and cross sales
  • Ensure a high performance of the coordinated team that can deliver excellence in customer services
  • Follow up operational execution according to SLA across the contracts
  • Monitor performance and ensure delivery against critical milestones
  • Secure excellence in service delivery and focus on continuous improvements
  • Plan and monitor the resource allocation (people, materials, equipment) as per site needs
  • Maintain excellent relationships and deploy effective communication with internal customers
  • Manage and supervise the activity of potential subcontractors needed for specific customer requests
  • Manage, follow up and address development needs of the team
  • Ensure a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company HSE policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all communications from the Company are cascaded as appropriate to the team
  • Provide monthly inputs for qualitative analyses on financial indicators for the site managed
  • Provide information accurately to central support departments (finance, HR, purchasing) with needed information for monthly closing and reporting


  • University degree- technical qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills, both in local language as in English
  • Drivers’ license


  • Previous work experience in managing teams
  • Experience in FM services or in production may be an advantage
