Service Support Engineer (Hungarian Language)
They provide the industry’s broadest range of diagnostics and monitoring products & services, spanning all sectors of the market: from small hand held devices used directly by patients or healthcare professionals, to large diagnostic instruments found in hospital laboratories.
For their Regional Customer Support Center we are looking for Service Support Engineer to join the team.
Dealing with support requests and queries received from customers and staff by phone or email that arise prior to and after system placement for IVD (In vitro diagnostics).
Support configuration/installation/troubleshooting for analytical instruments or systems which are supplied by Roche using phone and remote connection.
Activities on a customer site, support of Field Service and Sales Representatives.
Conducting and Design of Customer and Staff Training
Proper documentation of all activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Cooperation with colleagues from the international team and responsibility in the implementation of individual projects and goals.
Perfect/native Hungary language (obligatory)
Professional education or university degree, preferred technical
Basic IT skills ( Networking, MS Windows, MS Office)
Work experience with diagnostics instruments and in a medical laboratory is of advantage.
English communication skills- necessary for abroad trainings/ documentation/ team cooperation-B1 Common European Framework of Reference

Very good organization skills, with a desire to complete tasks ensuring you always deliver on your promises.

Driving license B.
Ideally you come from a similar working background (technical or medical), where handling problems and dealing with queries from the healthcare area is familiar to you.
