Service Request ManagementBT is looking for a new trainee with the following conditions:

Active full time student status for minimum 1 year

On-going Bachelor or Master studies, interest in Telecommunication area

Work time: 20 hours per week

Fluent English language knowledge is a must

Microsoft Office user (Outlook, Excel)

Experience at a multinational company or SSC is an advantage Task and Responsibilities:

Managing existing customers request for pricing and ordering

Supporting Service Request Managers daily tasks

Participating in numerous projects

Using different BT tools

Providing support in ad hoc request What we offer:
