Due to the growth in our partner's operation they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team as an IT service desk Team Leader.
Your new role
In your new position you will be responsible to manage a team of around 10 IT service desk agents. Your responsibilities will include acting as the escalation point for customer and major incidents, perform Account Management tasks with the IT Managers. You would have to drive continuous improvement and guide your team to achieve set expectations and defined metrics.
You will also have the chance to travel abroad for conferences, trainings and negotiations.
You are the perfect candidate if
- You have excellent people management skills
- 2 years people management experience
- Professional experience in preferably IT service desk (or related field)
- Fluent English knowledge
- An additional confident knowledge of French or Spanish could be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
