Service Desk Analyst

You probably saw tons of jobs that start with questions like. Do you want to be part of a dynamical, motivated team? Do you want to have a good salary? Do you want to have opportunity to grow?
Well, we all know them… and then we arrive and the job is the same Hell like all the other Service Desks.

What makes the difference with us?

  • You will not be a simple 1st level agent who does catch and dispatch ticket handling, because the SLA is ringing above your head. You will have all the time you need to think and find a resolution for an issue
  • You will not only provide support via phone and e-mail, but you will participate in smaller IT projects when you will not be on the phone line
  • You will occasionally travel 1-2 weeks abroad to provide onsite support Europe-wide
  • You will closely work with Field Supporters and 3rd level technicians, so you can always learn more about IT
  • You can and you are required to be creative and come up with new ideas, new solutions, new technical setups to improve the level of support
  • We are not working crazy 12 hour shifts or weekends

Requirements of skillset:

  • 1+ year experience as a 2nd level agent, or 2+ year experience as a 1st level agent.
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows Client OS issues, MS Office, WAN, LAN, AT&T, VPN, Active Directory, SCCM and Client PC Hardware.
  • Intercultural competencies and experience in international teams
  • Willingness to work with clients/users and helping them with high inter-personal skills
  • Having a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving

Language knowledge requirements:

  • English+French and/or German. All in speaking and writing at least on C1 (advanced) level
