FELADAT
  • Operational responsibility for ICST
  • Ensuring the operational quality of the ICST accounts,
  • Coordination of the provision processes of the ICST account / IT-FIT,
  • Coordination of Sec topics for ICST,
  • Support for compliance requirements;
  • Accompanying the launch of new releases
  • Perform administration tasks in the tool
  • Control escalations independently
  • Support in the field of quoting / calculations for the international network (TGI ..)
  • Support in the specification and implementation requirements
PROFIL
  • Basic knowledge about ITIL and Process- and Projectmanagement
  • Good knowledge about processes in the area of network and basic security aspects
  • English intermediate knowledge
  • German advanced knowledge
  • A wide degree of creativity is expected
  • Microsoft Office

Advantage:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, KanBan) is an advantage
