FELADAT
  • Customer contact at multiple levels

  • Finds existing and future customer needs together with sales and delivery
  • Controlling the completion and the billing of the respective work packages and services
  • Monitoring SLAs and KPIs, reporting progress
  • Escalation handling
PROFIL
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar field
  • Experience in virtual team coordination
  • Ability to drive issues indepentently
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong customer focus 
  • Effective communication both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • English B2/ German B2 at least
  • Structured personality
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel
  • Understanding of product development
