The Automotive Electronics (AE) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.
Your contribution to something big
► Testing of MEMS based acceleration and pressure sensors
► measurement concept realization;
► measurement data analysis;
► evaluation of results based on related customer and industrial specifications.
► ASIC level functional testing of state-of-the-art sensors
► Measurement planning, priorization and coordination in cooperation with on-site laboratory colleagues
► Failure analysis and problem solving with high autonomy
► Technical discussions with in-house and international project team
► Application of Bosch development methods and standard in alignment with customer needs
What distinguishes you
► Finished BSc or preferably MSc studies in the field of electrical or mechatronical engineering
► Good knowledge regarding analogue and digital circuits
► Proactivity, initiative, creativity, flexibility
► Good ability for problem solving, analytical thinking
► Openness, ability to work in team
► Good communication skills
► Very good English language skills
What gives you further advantages
► Understanding of working principles of micro-controllers;
► Practical experience in setting up measurements, building breadboard test circuits
► Experience in Matlab and/or Python scripting languages
► German language skills
