Key Responsibilities:

1. Target

  • Incident & Change Mgmt meet KPI and SLA
  • System stability and availability as per SLA and KPI
  • Restore services as per SLA and KPI target
  • Build reputation (Networking, Career path) 
  • Customer & Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Communication Excellency
  • Landscape (SAP)owner


2. Scope

  • Handling Complex and High escalation Customer INM ticket Sev1 and Sev2
  • Handling Escalation from Level 2 engineer  on SEV1 and SEV2  INM ticket
  • Handling L2 (Database refresh, Support Pack upgrade, EHP upgrade etc)  and some L3 changes (Oracle upgrade etc)
  • Handling investigation for major incident through PRM approach
  • SAP Performance and Tuning
  • Change Planner & Coordination within specific team


3. Technical Skills

a)Application SAP System

  • Experienced in SAP Basis Technology ( ABAP, JAVA)
  • Experienced in executing LI, L2 and some L3 changes.( i.e Support Pack, EHP upgrade, oracle patch upgrade, Database refresh, client copy, language installation, etc)
  • Experienced in handling, troubleshooting and resolving database issue
  • Experienced in handling complex SAP printing landscape and able to troubleshoot issue related to multiple printing technology such as Mecator, Unispool etc
  • Experienced and able in handling High Escalation SEV1 INM with higher management attention and working under great pressure to restored the services as soon as possible
  • Have high understanding on RunSAP Methodology and tools (Master in Solution Manager is requirement)
  • Know- How to resolved and do analysis in OS level


4. Day to Day Task
a) Landscape owner

  • Ensure system availability and stablity within his/her sectors
  • Leader/Owner of the sectors

b) Resources planning  

  • Plan the shift plan for his/her sectors so that resources enough to cover 24*7 operation
  • Plan and coordinate the resources within his/her own sectors to handle change activity
  • Coordinate the change activity ( Resources and Tecnical step)

c) Communication        

  • Join the task force call and provide analysis, finding and consultation from Basis point of view
  • Join the schedule SDM, OPM technical call with the aim
