Our client is an award-winning main contractor that has a proven track record of delivering successful projects across the residential new build sector. Due to on-going success our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong main contracting or developing background with good exposure to new build construction.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking full control and accountability to deliver a £35m new build JCT D&B residential development situated in central London. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing a junior surveyor on site.
The ideal candidate will need to have a BSc, MSc in quantity surveying or similar construction related degree. It is imperative that you have previous UK experience delivering new build residential projects of values between £10 -£40m.
