Senior HR Generalist Hungary
He / She will be member of local Operations Team in Hungary and of cluster HR team.
Successful candidate will represent HR in Hungary. He / She will be responsible for daily HR administration and he/she will participate on different HR and local operations projects. He / She will report to Operations Manager Hungary and functionally to HR Director Cluster CZ, SK & HU.
Administration covers attendance & bonus administration and close cooperation with external payroll. Monthly KPIs reporting. Labour contract preparation. Employee recruitment and sometimes also terminations. Employment Agencies management. Internal communication, employee transportation, etc.
Projects means preparation of commercial offers together with local operations management and cluster HR. Larger recruitment in case of implementation of new clients. Transfers of employees in case of acquisitions of new activities. Participation on HR clusters projects.
The supported organisation is around 80-100 employees plus around 40 agency employees in two locations. In Szigetszentmiklos and Ullo. Office is in Szigetszentmiklos. We expect growth in coming months / years with new clients coming. You will have ½ of administrator to support you (shared with Finance).
We need a person with administrative skills resistant to stress, team player able to stand up for own opinion, trustworthy partner with result orientation able to work in less structured environment of developing organisation.
We need communicative knowledge of English (to communicate with HR Director), native Hungarian speaker (to communicate with colleagues and authorities), Slovak / Czech / French language is an advantage.
University graduate or secondary education with experience. Knowledge of HR legislation and HR administration is a must. Experience with internal communication and people development is an advantage. The person should be able to work in MS Office and especially with MS Excel. License to drive a car is needed. Experience with Payroll / Attendance system is advantage.
