  • Be the first point of contact for key accounts
  • Provide information about products, services and marketing activities
  • Build good customer relationship and engagement
  • Handle and document the incoming enquiries by phone or mail
  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner ensuring high level customer satisfaction
  • Provide first contact resolutions and escalate concerns about meeting service levels or deadlines
  • Log, assign and track progress of queries and customer requests
  • Provide accurate information to both business customers and internal departments
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • At least intermediate English language knowledge
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer facing roles
  • Experience gained in SSC can be an advantage
