About the job
• Partner with the corporate sales team to create and execute compelling new business tenders and acquisition strategies.
• Ensure that corporate new business opportunities receive the required level of focus, input, personalisation and clearly demonstrate the Bupa Difference.
• Create and leverage new data sets that enable us to build effective relationships with buyers, users, influnencers and decision makers in our key corporate targets.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure a new business pipeline is managed, prioritised and worked effectively.
• Work with intermediary partners and sales colleagues to ensure new business opportunities are identified and successfully executed.
• Identify potential propositions needs for new business opportunities and work with the propositions resource and wider business to ensure business approval, development and execution is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• To work with sales colleagues and the corporate tender team to ensure new business tenders are compelling, professionally executed, represent the Bupa difference and provide the best opportunity for success
• Identify new and innovative ways to execute new business opportunities successfully
• Work across sales to ensure a new business pipeline is maintained, managed effectively and future new business opportunities benefit from appropriate ongoing communication to provide the best chance of future recruitment
• To develop a relationship with our key intermediary partners to ensure they are provided with the most appropriate material, information and support based on our understand of the key decision makers requirements
• To manage budgets and execute activity cost effectively.
• To represent Bupa externally in any meetings with potential Corporate Clients and Intermediaries.

Specific Skills
• Good understanding of working with Intermediaries and Corporate Clients, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Educated to degree level with commercial experience ideally including new business marketing experience
• Ideally post qualification marketing experience
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Solid analytical and numeric skills combined
• Able to lead & work within a project team both in terms of idea generation and delivery
• Experience of influencing decisions at all levels in an organisation
• Experience of managing and developing budgets
• Proven presentation & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of proposition development preferred
