This role is part of a team with a remit to identify, collate and analyse exception reports from various activities across the Region and investigate potentially suspicious activity or discrepancies in order to prevent fraudulent activity



  • Work with Central and Country security management to identify and assess both immediate and strategic fraud risks
  • Conduct analysis using fraud detection solutions and other public database search engines to assist in the investigation, prevention and resolution of fraud risks across the Region
  • Create confidential, comprehensive standard and exception reports for Central and Country Security Management
  • Working with customers or internal stakeholders to identify and respond to the root cause of the problems directly or indirectly involving security, fraud and loss prevention
  • Escalate and document in a timely manner all internal and external enquiries relating to missing vehicles, vehicle recoveries, law enforcement referrals, subpoenas, court orders and any other adverse or emergent event.
  • Analyse monthly security reports - Identify any trends and ensure the reports are communicated to the Operations and follow up actions are in place for mitigation
  • Develop a Fraud and risk dashboard which identifies at high level those areas that fall outside the acceptable parameters set by the business
  • Analyse data from Decision Manager fraud management system, identify fraud and trends and put in place rules to prevent reoccurrence

  • 4-5 years experience in a similar role (reporting, security, business analysis)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of commitment, integrity & responsibility
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent written and spoken business English language skills. (Other language skills an advantage but not essential)
  • Proven ability to work with qualitative as well as quantitative data
  • Significant experience of supporting the business with decision making data and building business cases
  • Ability to work across diverse areas of the business and on multiple projects
  • Experience of working as part of a global team
  • Ability to meet monthly deadlines whilst managing a workload which is variable depending on ongoing projects
