Sales Support Team Leader

  • The team manages the three main global databases of customers, rental stations and prices
  • Coordinating the work of assistants and specialists, solving the escalated problems, and escalating problems with solution proposals to the supervisor
  • Ensures resource allocation to work in an effective way

  • Response to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution in relevant systems

  • University or college degree
  • At least 1 year people management experience
  • Technical knowledge of database maintenance
  • Fluent Italian OR Spanish AND good English
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
