Sales Representative




  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players, understand customer needs, generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Present and sell company services to current and potential clients in the assigned territory/market segment
  • Prepare clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders
  • Demonstrates services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer issues are resolved
  • Building long term relationships with customers, from large to small size companies
  • Plan and work towards meeting sales targets
  • Develop and update knowledge of their own services
  • Reports directly to the Manager


  • 2-3 years B2B solution sales experience required (engineering, IT or financial service providers)
  • FOR JUNIOR ROLE: Minimum 1-2 years Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Advanced English language knowledge is essential
  • Required to be a hunter with ability to acquire new client accounts
  • Must be able to develop and maintain long term selling relationships with existing and new client audience
  • Successful track record of building sales and exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship building and client interaction skills
  • Enjoy working with people, friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality
  • Able to work without direct supervision and under pressure as well
