•£28,603 - £36,548 a year on a full time, 12 month secondment

An opportunity for a Resourcing Consultant has arisen to work within our Central Distribution Division. Our Central Distribution Division provides strategy and support to our regional network. Their focus is to provide our branches and contract centres with the skills, tools and insights required to deliver a high quality service to our customers.
Who we're looking for
You will have a strong recruitment background
Be well-versed in all aspects of the end to end recruitment process including direct sourcing methodologies both online and offline
Experience of finding complex resourcing solutions through creative attraction and networking.
You will have strong analytical skills plus the ability to coach, influence and challenge.
Strong influencing skills
Experience in senior stakeholder management
What you'll be doing
The Resourcing Consultant is the driving force for the recruitment needs of the business. Working with the Resourcing Partner, the Resourcing Consultant is responsible for proactively delivering excellent service for all current and future requirements by utilising innovative sourcing methods of both internally and externally sourced candidates.
The main responsibilities for this role include:

Managing and delivering our internal and external resourcing campaigns involves a host of different responsibilities. In this high profile role you'll work in conjunction with the Resourcing Partner, HR Business Partners and Key Stakeholders to prepare project plans, advise on resourcing strategies and evaluate campaign performance. It means consulting with internal clients to build a deep understanding of their needs, carrying out research and forging productive relationships with suppliers and consultants. And at every stage, you'll promote best practice.
