Our client has successfully established multiple teams all focusing within busy and exciting sector and across a wide range of commercial business sectors. Each individual consultant with each team focuses on interim or permanent vacancies within their specific industries.

They are currently seeking an ambitious recruitment manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of a sector focussed team of 1-6 consultants. You will be commercially focused and drive the team towards successful perm and interim revenue generation to agreed targets.

Duties & Responsibilities include:-

* Agree business plans with individual team members and deliver monthly appraisals to track progression against agreed business plan.

* Carry out staff 1-2-1's and appraisals to actively manage performance across the team and associated behaviours in line with company guidelines.

* To achieve individual and team revenue targets as agreed.

* Identify business opportunities and achieve own personal billing target.

* Lead by example regarding day to day activities.

* Identify recruitment needs within your team and agree a recruitment plan.

* Develop, manage and train staff at all levels to ensure competency in current role and agree development paths towards promotion.

* Work with Director sand L&D to identify training needs and conduct individual and team training and/or coaching.

* Facilitating weekly team meetings to review performance.

* Work collaboratively with management team to contribute towards business improvement activity.

* Contribute to Bids and Procurement processes as required.

* Working with marketing to develop successful networking events across team and team members are equipped for these activities

* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
