· Owner of internal ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Config and Problem management)
· Communication with the various stakeholders (partners and customers) on professional level
· Active participation in change-, implementation- and migration projects as well.
· Supporting of internal application changes from process side
· Organization and preparation of meetings, participating in regular telco’s
· Documentation of meetings / project results (meeting minutes, lessons learned)
· Update regularly the internal knowledge base (ITIL processes)
· BSc or MSc degree in IT or relevant area.
· At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar field, ICT support experience is welcome
· ITIL know-how
· Fluent English, intermediate German
· Structured and independent approach to work
· Good communication skill and resolution-focused mind-set
