FELADAT
  • Represents the department in quality issues
  • Analysis, evaluation of problems/deficits to mitigate
  • Preparation of presentations to push our quality initiatives
  • Capability to analyse, understand and steer complex tasks and projects
  • Responsible for process and quality improvements
  • Break down of complex topics to step by step solutions in time and quality
  • Responsible for calls and their moderation
  • Obtaining information from different management
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer
PROFIL
  • High education degree and several years of relevant experience
  • High level of English and German advantage language knowledge
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Experience within a cross-functional/support area, telecommunication knowledge
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication products / solutions, telecommunication tool know-how
  • Understanding of and/or interest in business matters
  • Able to work independently and responsibly
  • Resilience and ability to coordinate simultaneous tasks
  • Able to handle complex issues
  • Systematic thinking, precise and reliable way of work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including assertiveness
  • Certificate of good-conduct
  • Experienced knowledge of relevant IT systems, tools and work equipment within the area of responsibility (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
