  • Initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and control of basic functions within SD Operations
  • Control Process- and procedure- Compliance by Audits and/or adequate Interviews. / initiate & moderate workshop with Service delivery experts
  • Create transparency of Process & procedures compliance via reporting on tasks / issues, AIL’s etc.
  • Develop adequate Checklist for Audits & Interviews within the complete team
  • Initiate and Control Operationalization of processes / procedures (Best Practices) and services/products- Descriptions (Business Service Catalogue) (Definition & implementation of Processes /Workflows to ensure the Availability & Produce-ability of services/products).
  • Appliance of approaches/procedures to increase the Standardization within the Service Delivery organization
  • Handle and mitigate risks and issues for non-standard processes and loss of profit
  • Determine process Compliance
  • At least college degree
  • Fluent English language skill; basic German is advantage
  • ITIL-knowledge, basic knowledge of business administration / ITIL Foundation
  • Preferable: Knowledge Auditing techniques
  • Good knowledge of Excel analytics (Pivot tables macro programming is an advantage)
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with higher Management Levels
  • Ability to communicate properly within conflict situations ( Conflict Management)
  • Intercultural competencies and openness to fulfil the requirements of an international cooperation
  • Social competencies and achievement of good results also under high workload
  • Ability to escalate risks and lags properly
  • Ability to integrate experts and ensure their deliverables in time & quality
  • Analytical skills (e.g. problem analysis) in complex environment
  • Flexible in thinking, understand complex situations quickly
  • Self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Self structured and self reliant way of working
