Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries.


Key tasks and responsibilities:
Main role is to manage delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle to achieve business strategic goals and targets. 
Projects can be different types of local and/or regional projects at the field of different business areas (Sales, Product development, Operations, Finance, Marketing or IT), most of the times including IT developments with internal and/or external partners.
General roles and responsibilities:
Prepare feasible project plan based on the expectations of the business owner (project executive): including scope, deliverables, project work-breakdown, resources, timing, budget calculations, cost/benefit analysis, quality plan/criteria, required risk assessments, communication plan
Drive and deliver different level feasibility studies where it is needed
Responsible for delivering results as defined in the project plan, in time, meeting business & technical requirements, within the approved project’s budget
Coordinate external providers, project teams and/or project team-members, handle dependencies and priorities within and outside of the project, manage key stakeholders (internal, external, local and international ones)
Responsible for accurate communication within the project, and pro-actively propose and coordinate communication outside of the project, including handling dependencies with other project(s)
Keep track and monitor the project plan in all aspects (time, costs, resources, risks, changes etc.)
Identify risks, propose mitigation actions and properly escalate project issues, prepare decision documents with impact and risk analysis to project board or to other stakeholders
Keep and use all standard local project management rule, template and methodology during the project management cycle
Provide quality data for local Project Management Office (PMO), including preparation of regular reports, which also used to project teams, stakeholders and management
  • University or College degree
  • Fluency of English is a must (both in written and verbal)
  • Strong PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
  • 5+ year experience in financial sector in complex environment, possibly at insurance company, in multinational environment
  • Prince2 Practitioner certificate, or equivalent
  • 5+ year project manager experience
  • Solid experience in management of 3rd party vendors
  • Experience in international project(s)
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning and organizing skills
  • Strong risk, issue and conflict management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills incl. Cxx levels
  • Team player with a strong ability to work independently
  • Creativity, agility, flexibility in changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy in numbers and to keep methodology/procedures
  • Pro-activity, focus on problem solving
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new things
  • Take responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to drive changes
  • Proven track record to lead complex sales support system / oCRM implementation project(s) using Cloud technologies, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or other process improvement related track record
  • Experience in project / portfolio management tools
