The Project Management Office Coordinator  is responsible of the coordination of a number of administration tasks for external and internal projects, throughout the entire project lifecycle, such as:

  • Project Proposal Management – workflow tracking (Initiation to Approval); submission of proposals to the Customer; produce proposal reporting overview
  • Project Change Request Management – workflow tracking (Initiation to Approval); submission of project change requests to the Customer;  produce change request reporting overview
  • Project Management – project workflow tracking (Initiation to Closure); ensure effective handling of Consultancy; monitor effective project reporting of key data by Project Managers; ensure effective project closure after close-out
  • Process & Tool Management – handle standard processes and forms; administer all project data in the project management tool; ownership of consolidated list data (Project types, Proposal and Change Request)
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Central Communication focal point – single point of communication between the Customer and other suppliers’ PMOs; ingle point of communication between all account stakeholders
  • Set up agile workspaces for Project Teams in the online collaboration platform
  • General Project Manager support on customer specific processes


The Project Quality Assurance responsibilities include full responsibility for checking all Consultancy type projects from a quality perspective, on a monthly basis, including:

  • Conducting regular calls with the stakeholders
  • Quality checking according to a defined set of criteria (checklist)
  • Administration and reporting
  • Escalation management (as and when required)
  • Fluent English is a must (B2+/C1)
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes
  • Previous experience in a multinational matrix environment / in project management, service and/or quality management is an advantage
  • Great attention to detail, precise in administration
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Able to handle monotonous tasks and to cope with stress
  • Good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including higher management
  • Not afraid to conduct escalations when required
  • Able to work in a virtual team
