At PwC we provide Project Assurance to our clients to help them reduce the risk of project failure and increase the value of project delivery. The requirement for project assurance within system and business change programmes is stronger than ever before. Delivering business critical change programmes and projects is becoming more complex and challenging. The project assurance model is now becoming a standard model for clients, especially on the larger and riskier projects.
Working within the London Top-Tier (LTT) business unit, you will provide Risk Assurance services to a wide range of Top-Tier clients from a broad range of industries including Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products & Business Services, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Energy Utilities & Mining, Technology, Infocomms, Entertainment & Media and Hospitality & Leisure, through market focussed assurance staff and technical and regulatory specialists.
Thanks to a clear global strategy and a number of high profile transformation programmes our Programme Assurance team is growing exponentially. We are looking for Managers and Senior Managers with experience of a large transformation project / programme delivery and an expertise in implementing a large technology system, such as SAP or Oracle.
About the role
• Managing the delivery of relevant engagements • Building long-term relationships with key individuals/ clients • Raising the teams profile externally by expanding the network, including with external bodies. • Managing the work pipeline and resource requirements of the team. • Managing junior members of the team on assignments and take an active role in coaching and running team training courses.

• Large transformation project/programme management (at least 3 sizeable project/programmes) or Programme/Project Assurance experience. • Technology expertise (SAP, Oracle, or other mainstream CRM/ ERP solutions) • A particular specialism aligned to one of the other growing ITRA solutions i.e. Security, Data or Business Systems • Sector expertise in Utilities, Infocomm, E&M;, or R&C.; • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and presentational skills
