SANMINA Hungary Ltd. belongs to the Sanmina Mechanical System Division, and it was established in 2002 in the Alsózsolca Industrial zone. Sanmina manufactures metal enclosure racks, cabinets, chassis and subracks mainly for telecommunication, industrial and storage purposes.
In the last couple of years, we became one of the major employers in this region and the number of employees is currently 300+.
We are currently looking for a
with a strong focus on Customer relations and commercial management, to lead and develop a key Customer Account within the Alsózsolca Facility.
As a Program Manager you will have a strong focus on profitability and Customer satisfaction with a responsibility that covers the whole cycle from demand management to payment. This responsible role will require you to take ownership of the profitability for your customers and be the key interface between Operations and the Customers. You will often be the sole point of contact with the Customer and therefore have a crucial impact on Customer satisfaction and on business development and profitability. You will also have a close interaction with the various sales teams, working closely with them and local engineering to plan and introduce new Customers and products to the production facility. The Program Manager will report to the Lead Program Manager in the Alsózsolca Plant.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, qualified to Degree level, with an MBA as an advantage, combined with 3 - 5 years experience within the MSD or similar business. The candidate should have hands-on operational experience within a fast moving process-oriented manufacturing environment with a greater commercial emphasis and Customer involvement. The candidate will have a proven track record in the management and development of teams.
It is essential that the candidate has a good understanding of the demands connected with contract/system manufacturing for demanding customers and should be familiar with the manufacturing practices within this industry.
This is a varied, frontline role delivering a highly customer focused and profitability-oriented service. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, be proactive and flexible ensuring that you manage your time effectively. You must be results driven, analytical, think in processes and have a good capability of communicating both with customers and in the coordinating role within the company. You must have experience of building and developing long-term relations with others.
