FELADAT
  • Management of all the development activities
  • Managing all the delivery units involved
  • Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
  • Ensures delivery timelines
  • Manages multiple parallel development streams
  • Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed in the software development
  • Ensuring a high-quality handover to operations
  • Perform cost management for the entire development cycle
  • Report to the product owner
PROFIL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of Software Development experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing and leading engineering teams, preferably in an international distributed environment
  • Coding experience in Python, Java, C++, or related technologies
  • Experience with Agile working methods
  • Experience with OSS/BSS integration
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

 

Advantages:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum AWS Devops / Solution architect Certification on Associate level (Professional level preferred)
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English required, working level German is a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills
