About us
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Consulting Manager to join our ERP Consulting team for one of our flagship ERP products which is targeted towards Mid Market Business segment. It is an exciting time to join the team as we prepare for the launch of the new version in mid 2014.

You'll lead and develop a growing team to ensure that they deliver an outstanding service to customers and work closely with our Sales teams and Business Partner Channel to secure a consistent stream of new business for our consultants.

You will provide support in the creation and execution of strategy to meet business goals and achieve revenue and profit targets set. The job holder will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of processes, methodology and development plans which will be crucial to the teams' success and ensure that they are able to support the needs of partners and customers and support the growth of our business.
The Job holder will report in to the Head of ERP Consulting for the whole of our European Business and will be expected to collaborate closely with all European teams to ensure a balance between capacity and workload is reached across our European region.
Skills and experience
• A senior role which requires a minimum of a degree or equivalent and preferably MBA and strong leadership skills.
• Experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate of running own business unit/business, consulting in an Enterprise environment, extensive people management skills and the application of project management principles and processes.
• Previous business operations management experience including P&L, budgeting, strategic planning, consultancy, business transformation and change management.
• Ability to work effectively at Executive level with both small and enterprise organisations.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle high levels of workload and be able to multi task.
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional whilst retaining a common sense approach.
• Strong commercial, quantitative and analysing skills with the ability to deliver revenue and profit growth initiatives and influence business strategy.
• Driven and resourceful with high levels of attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong business acumen and able to look at strategic and long term consequences of actions.
• Experienced at working in a multi-national environment.
