We are looking for an individual who wants to join the Professional Conduct Team and play a vital role in enabling PwC's growth whilst protecting our reputation and brand.
The Professional Conduct team is a small team within the Independence & Ethics Team which is made up of over 40 people from a variety of different backgrounds. Whilst we are a non-client facing team, we have a significant role to play in the firm's ongoing success.
To meet the challenges the role entails, the individual will have excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, a client service mentality and the willingness to learn new technical areas.
About the role
PwC's ambition to grow through acquisitions and development of new innovative ways to serve clients, the on-going climate of regulatory change and the increased focus on globalisation all mean that the Team plays a part in enabling PwC's growth whilst protecting our reputation
The role is extremely varied and gives breadth and insight into the activities of the firm, but key areas of focus will include co-ordination of the firm's anti-bribery programme, answering the firm's whistle-blowing helpline and managing projects (which could be in the areas of policy and advice, communications and training, monitoring and reporting) and assisting other network firms in the Team's areas of specialism.

• Intellectual capacity to make decisions with strong analytical, organisational and project management skill;
• Excellent communication skills including drafting skills, ability to interact with self-confidence at all levels, as well as managing relationships with key stakeholders;
• Ability to read, assimilate and apply regulation, law and technical guidance and apply established methodologies
• Have a good understanding of business needs and management's approach to risk and escalates to senior members accordingly
• A conscientious team player, with a high level of attention to detail, good self-management skills and an ability to take initiative
• Have a proven ability to work to deadlines, but also the flexibility to continually reprioritise their work as issues arise
