Prepares process descriptions and flow charts, documentation
Supports projects and working teams in order to process improvement
Prepares business requirement specifications in planning of device support
Process and quality management consulting
Contributes to the quality assurance process
Participates actively in internal audits which are processes (and their practical usage) related
Prepares reports for the management and for other departments
BSc or MSc degree, IT degree is an advantage
Intermediate English and German language knowledge
Knowledge of ITIL foundation (Incident, Change Problem, Request management)
Minimum 2 years experience in process management or IT operation, 2nd or 3rd level is an advantage
Strong MS Office knowledge
High problem solving skills and flexibility
Creativity in own tasks and in conception elaboration of team tasks
