Process Growth Sales Leader - Europe

Feladatkör:
Your tasks will be as follows: - Identify process applications in the F&B segment where our product portfolio could support the value proposition. - Develop and oversee growth strategies for different markets and customer segments. - Build strong relationships with industry thought leaders to identify future process application opportunities. - Being very close to end users, not only on the C-level but keeping a finger on the pulse with plant operators, R&D, site managers etc. - Combine multiple company products and services to creatively solve customer process challenges. - Responsibility for meeting growth plan targets for the region. - Participate in the operating rhythms necessary to support operations and growth within the region. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Végzettség:
- BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Environmental).

Szakmai tapasztalat:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in process applications within the F&B segment. - Strong expertise regarding process membranes, Electroseparation and UF hollow fiber products.

Egyéb követelmény:
- Excellent English language skills regarding oral and written communication. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work closely with multiple groups in a cross functional/cultural environment.
