A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Polish speaking Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities Administrative follow-up of assignees’ files and data entry in payroll system:
-Liaises with Mobility Delivery Centre and HR Partners to determine outbound assignees’ salary package
-Liaises with managers, associated companies, given country’s company offices and external service providers to ensure all legal requirements surrounding assignments are fulfilled
-Follow-up of advances and loans to assignees to ensure timely repayment
-Ensures contact with country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of designated processes
-Takes part in all business controls testings
-Experience within a complex administrative process
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish verbal and written accuracy
-Focusing on individual/team/department and operational objectives and developing professional effectiveness
-Focus on achieving excellence in Customer Satisfaction through both verbal and written communication
-Shares work updates with the team and the Management with a view to improving processes
-Prioritises work effectively
-Uses strong communication skills to provide guidance to the Customer.
