Your new role
- Dealing with purchase orders to support business needs
- keeping in touch with suppliers
- Resolving potential supplier problems
- Managing work flow in SAP
- Resolving invoice issues in order to minimize overdue invoices
- Participating in supplier audits and business reviews
- Monitoring cost and supplier performance
- Maintaining files and records related to purchasing activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3 year of experience in sales, purchasing administration or related field
- Fluent Polish or Czech knowledge, besides a fluent English is a must
- Hungarian knowledge is preferred
- Basic knowledge of principles and theories of purchasing
- Experience in expediting and issuing purchase order is an advantage
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills
