Our multinational client in PR service field is urgently looking for a new colleague for the following tasks:

Personal Assistant/ Property Administration

Personal Assistance:

- Researching and arranging flights, logistics of complicated and always changing travel arrangements, researching and booking hotels
- Managing all personal and business administration, dealing with correspondence
- Liaising between professional and business advisors and business operations, organizing meetings, teleconferences, providing support to business operations where necessary
- Problem solving around manager and family matters
- Manage private insurances (car, health, boat, houses, liability, fire etc.) – get quotes, compare well in advance, conclude and renew

Property Administration:

- Problem solving around properties
- Manage properties abroad in Europe and in US, assist with marketing property
- Manage maintenance staff of 2 persons
- Researching suppliers, get quotes and compare in advance

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English is a must
- French language knowlegde is an advantage
- Good management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fexible, very well organised
- Has an independent way of thinking
