For fulfilling the position
People Services Coordinator FR
we are looking for colleagues

We are looking for our new colleague to join the People Service team.

The position is part time, limited term for 8-10 months and is based in Arconic’s European shared services centre in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. Customers are situated at various Arconic locations in France.


  • Maintenance of Oracle system
  • Providing HR payroll and benefits administrative support to the French population                                                                                                                             
  • Personnel files maintenance
  • HR metrics and reports
  • Time and attendance administration
  • ASAT (Audit Self Assessment Tool)
  • General HR administrative support and other HR related ad-hoc tasks.


  • Excellent oral and written French skills and additional English language knowledge is an advantage
  • Being flexible and multi-tasking
  • Customer-oriented and conscientious
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Good Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new IT tools (e.g. Oracle HRMS)
  • HR and/or payroll experience would be an advantage: but on-the-job training will be provided
  • Clear criminal records are required, request for certificate will be processed by the company.
