- Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g. Industrial Clerk) or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Relevant and established knowledge in the field of income tax and social insurance law
- Very good knowledge in SAP HR
- Competent use of MS Office
- Business fluent English in written and spoken
- German language skills desirable
- High flexibility
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Autonomous handling of payroll accounting for operators and staff members
- Time Administration and monitoring personnel master data using SAP/ HR
- Contact person for all matters concerning payroll accounting (internal and external)
- Processing and controlling the HR system of registration and certification documents
- Permanent contact with social insurances and public authorities
- Preparation of statistics and reports
