Bellville Rodair International is an expanding international freight forwarding company with a presence across three continents and growing. Our internal values are the corner stone of everything we do and our ethos of Building Reliability has allowed us immense success in the market place. Our European operation has ten branches across eight countries, a Head Office in central London and the responsibility of managing our presence and expansion in China and Brazil.

Our Hungarian Branch is missing a part. We are looking for a candidate who is confident, proactive, self motivated and enthusiastic to strengthen our team. Some previous experiences as assisting and helping is a necessity. Predominately working within our General Office Teams the successful candidate will be trained in future on some easy finances and operating files and be expected to move departments when demand requires it. Candidates displaying a positive ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrating a commitment to their work and the company are preferred.

The role involves organising, helping the movement of work organisation inside the office in Budapest along with the proactive task of expanding our Accounts department flexibility. Working to a strong set of standard operating procedures you will provide excellent customer service at all stages of the forwarding process. The right candidate with the right skills and aptitudes will be presented with opportunities to enhance and develop their career within the company.

If you have previous experience working in freight forwarding, services, can demonstrate good customer service skills, are comfortable using Microsoft softwares and Google ones and have a good grasp of English & Hungarian you may be the person we are looking for. To apply you should be able to demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally, the ability to cooperate with a small team, manage your workload and your time effectively whilst ensuring continuous and excellent communication at all times.
