P2P Helpdesk Assistant
A P2P Helpdesk Assistant position is opened at our multinational partner, who is a global leader pharmaceutical company. Our client is about to open a brand new division within the company, which will be mostly dealing with procurement related issues. The new colleague can be a part of this improvement at this stabile multinational company. The company will support you to start and build up your carrier in this international working environment. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to participate in the transaction process from North-America.

As a P2P Helpdesk Assistant your task will be:

• To answer procurement and payment related questions via phone and email
• Managing vendor clearing
• Handling internal invoice queries
• Utilizing ticketing system for incoming requests

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Has 1-2 relevant experience in procurement area
• Has fluent English knowledge both written and spoken
• Has SAP knowledge
• Is open to work in afternoon shifts (from 5 pm to 2 am)
