We are looking for people in the following position:
OtC Senior Process Specialist

Position description

  • Review and evaluate not standard cases in credit and collection area

  • Conduct risk analysis

  • Assist with research and resolution of contract issues or disputes in timely manner

  • Prepare periodic reports to Credit manager

  • Maintain and update collection strategies within the Finance Supply Chain Management module

  • Assign collection worklist, redistribute, change roles

  • Follow up on dispute case resolution within FSCM module of SAP

  • Follow-up on overdue debts and collect information for late payment, register promises to pay

  • Contact via phone with customers` accounting departments

  • Make recommendations to the management team as appropriate for non-standard situations or situations in which request exceeds authority to approve credit limits

  • Perform internal control activities and ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Coordinate or drive projects to stabilize and improve process performance
  • Position requirements

  • University or college degree in economics or finance

  • Advanced level of English (another European language knowledge is an advantage)

  • Good accounting knowledge

  • Knowledge of MS Excel

  • At least 3-5 years work experience in senior role in the field of cash collection and credit management at a multinational company (ideally Shared Service Center)

  • SAP knowledge

  • Strong assertive communication

  • Conflict handling and issue resolution skills

  • High level of customer focus

  • Systematic and quality-oriented way of working

  • Ability and willingness to work in a team and to acquire new skills

  • Distinct flexibility and capacity to work in different time zones

  • Sense of duty and responsibility

  • Proactive and responsible approach
