Our client is an international media company, with their small-sized Shared Service Center (SSC) in Budapest is looking for an OTC/ AR accountant with English AND Italian/ German or French knowledge.

Feladatok:

- Being an interface between the customers and different departments
- Adjustment to monthly cut-off deadlines to ensure smooth closure of month and quarter
- Managing & Solving customer queries (statement of accounts, invoice copies, backup documentation, accounts reconciliations, etc...)
- Work closely with sales & finance directors and other various department
- Playing an active role during month end close activities
- Preparing weekly and monthly reporting as directed by supervisor - Supporting the Billing / AR activities for a particular region (Italy or Germany or France or UK/US, etc.)
- Timely generation of customer invoices
- Preparing invoice batches (affiliate, inter-company and ancillary billings)
- Maintain invoice reconciliations for revenue billings (including reconciliation to ensure all active cards are being billed)
- Processing all manual and automatic invoice requests (inter-company and ancillary)
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve queries
- Strict adherence to monthly cut-off deadlines to ensure smooth closure of month and quarter
- Managing & Solving customer queries (statement of accounts, invoice copies, backup documentation, accounts reconciliations, etc...)
- Work closely with sales & finance directors and other various department
- Playing an active role during month end close activities
- Preparing weekly and monthly reporting as directed by supervisor
- Driving continuous improvement process
- Assist with other departmental queries – e.g. cash application
- Support the internal and external auditors, as required

Elvárások:

- Fluent knowledge of English
- optional German or French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian knowledge is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance OR Financial degree
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO WELCOME with Financial/Accounting degree
- Self-motivator and innovative
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- General knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Able to being a team player and possessing strong work ethic and integrity
- Demonstrating excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
- ERP knowledge ( SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ) is an advantage
- Previous SSC experience is an advantage
