On behalf of our multinational partner we are looking for a new colleagues in the following responsive position:
Order Support Manager
- Manage customer orders through to full implementation
- Assure the information flow (time, cost, quality) of the processes
- Keeping up to date the company's product database
- Maintaining the customer catalogue pricing and providing stock level information
- Responding to quote requests from the internal account team / service team in accordance with SLA
- Making reports to the management
- University/college degree
- Fluent in English and German/ French
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B environment
- Experience in order management,procurement or customer service
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Excellent communication skills and customer focused attitude
- Knowledge of any ERP system (SAP)
