- Coordinate the process interface between Customer Service and the Sales Team
- Manage customer orders (track) through to full implementation
- Assure the information flow (time, cost, quality) of the processes
- Take care of the development, documentation and publication of relevant business processes
- Supports the management by developing suitable quality terms
- Relevant working experience in SSC/multinational environment
- Fluent English and another Europen Language knowledge is a must
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills
