  • Customer responsible for the OS area, forming SPOC towards operational services and responsible for ensuring that all tickets and OS related orders are managed and tracked to effective resolution
  • Part of the multinational team responsible for modification, transformation, harmonization and operation for TOP global Customer of T-Systems International
  • Keeping contact with global business counterparts, Process managers, Program managers, Sales and Service Delivery Management of Global Delivery Unit
  • Acting as interface between Customer and T-Systems International for new demand as well as to meet agreed delivery date

  • College/University or Technical college
  • Experience in management of service delivery is an advantage
  • Intermediate English language knowledge (German is an advantage)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes with experience in the use of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes according to ITIL framework (Preferable ITIL certified)
  • Understanding of SLAs & OLAs
  • OS related knowledge (unix and Windows)
  • User level experience with Ms office tools
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong Customer orientation / Proactive behavior
  • Highly motivated to perform well in demanding IT-business
  • Ability to handle increased workload and concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment with appropriate priority
  • Effective time management skills combined with the ability to work on his/her own initiative
  • Results focus, and delivery assurance
  • Stress tolerance, ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Empathy and patience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
