Our client has acquired multiple portfolio companies over the last several years where there is large potential for operational improvement. In this role you can put your hands-on operational skills to use, playing an important role in managing the operational processes within these portfolio companies, with the goal of maximising synergies and increasing company value. The fund is currently looking to hire an operational expert with expertise in the following fields: Post-merger integration, Supply Chain or Lean Mnaagement. The individual will be based in one or more of the portfolio companies across Western Europe.

- You will be responsible for designing and implementing targeted and sector specific operational improvements
- Actively work to maximise the portfolio's value on exit
YOUR PROFILE:
- Outstanding academic results from a leading university
- Strong commercial understanding with a proven track record in strategic and operational projects
- Initial training within a leading strategy consultancy firm
- An analytical mind-set with the ability to solve complex problems
- Native level German and fluent English is required; additional western European languages are a plus
