Organica is currently looking to fill an Office & Travel Coordinator position.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Office management
    • Ensure the daily operation of the office, including coordination and supervision of cleaning and maintenance service
    • Order general office supplies, stationary and office equipment
    • Organize any issues related to representation, orienting guests, ordering supplies for presentations, catering
    • Liaise with the facility manager of office building, with service providers
    • Provide administrative support for management and colleagues
    • Supervise the storage room, organize regular filing
    • Responsible for fleet management, cooperate with the car leasing company
    • Take care of the meeting room bookings
  • Travel arrangements
    • Support individual as well as small group travel reservations (inbound and outbound travels)
    • Confirm reservations, distributes tickets along with confirmations to traveler
    • Research on optimal travel alternatives
    • Coordinate, supervise and implement every aspects of travel arrangements for the staff and executives (flight, accommodation, insurance etc.)


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
  • Experience in travel organization is a must
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office
