Job Summary:

Our multinational client is looking for 2 Receptionists to their new site. Main tasks would be to provide support to Site Management team and employees in Budapest. Moreover to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Manage visitors’ registry and badges
  • Answer phones
  • Direct calls and respond to inquiries
  • Take messages for an office or a department
  • Sending out, receiving and distributing mail and packages
  • Scanning, registering and distribution of the invoices
  • Managing inventory of supplies/stationery, monitor level of stocks, place replenishment orders
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment, relay issues to office maintenance contacts
  • Ordering and receiving food deliveries
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities
  • Arranging equipment and supplies for events (meetings, training…)
  • Assisting in ad-hoc HR tasks – data confidentiality is ensured - signature collection for presence sheets
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management
  • Perform other related duties as required


  • College or university degree would be a great advantage
  • 2 - 3 years experience in Receptionist or Office Assistant position
  • Fluent English – minimum intermediate level
  • Good organizational, communication & interpersonal skills, positive attitude
  • Customer and service focus, flexibility
  • Empathic thinking
