Join one of the fastest growing companies in high tech! Our client, a young, prestigious IT company is seeking an energetic Office Manager to join their Budapest office downtown.

Your new role

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- handling post / incoming phone calls / emails / carrier
- ordering kitchen and office supplies
- organising company events, arranging business trips
- organizing meetings, interviews, coordinating the calendars of the management
- keeping contact with the Facility Management
- liaison with service providers and property management
- coordinating inner office moves, changes in the desk layout when necessary
- providing administrative support for other departments (Sales / Marketing / Services etc.)
- reception when needed

What you'll need to succeed

For the successful application, you will have to acquire a University / College degree and at least half a year relevant working experience in a similar position. Fluent English and strong MS office skills are essential. The ideal candidate has strong multi-tasking and communication skills and a cheerful, helpful personality combined with an open-minded attitude.
