The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Front Desk, preferably in a Manager or Supervisory role with an international hotel chain,
- A university/college degree,
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy (knowledge of OnQ system),
- Excellent people management skills / Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills,
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills,
- Applies knowledge in her daily work.
- Knows procedures and standards and works accordingly,
- Commitment and passion in daily job,
- Desire to exceed customer expectations by delivering excellent service,
