Taking ownership of this newly created role, you will reporting to the Head of Customer Service Centres. As a MI & Reporting Analyst you will:

• Oversee extraction and collation of management information across the various sites and channels handled by the Customer Service Centres (e.g. complaint and customer data analysis), to help drive operational performance.
• Produce management information for stakeholders to make critical business decisions - offering useful insight through analysis to enable actions to be taken.
• Gather and interpreting data into Management Information to inform strategy and business decisions
• Identify trends in operational performance and analysing root causes
• Maintain and developing a reporting function, ensuring compliance with Morrisons' requirements and regulatory/statutory requirements
• Manage stakeholder engagement and requirements (divisions of the Customer Service department, other Morrisons departments, third parties)
• Manage the performance of the Customer Service Centres through benchmarking against competitors and leading brands in Customer Experience

MI & Reporting Analyst - Skills/Experience Required

• You will come from a Marketing or customer service background or similar
• Highly developed business analytics and MI skills in a multi-site environment
• Highly numerate
• Knowledge and application of MS Office, including high proficiency in Excel
• High degree of organisational awareness (how to get things done in this organisation)
• Track record of influencing others to build high levels of commitment and action
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Strong presentation skills

MI & Reporting Analyst - Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex Customer Services environments
• Degree in Analytical Skills or equivalent preferable
• SQL skills to extract information
