What you can expect from us.
• You will deliver high impact projects in a timely manner with senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into operations strategy and transform operations to drive both growth and profitability.
• You will build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships, communicating effectively with different audiences.
• You will identify and address client needs, problems, opportunities, and risks: you will build, maintain, and utilise client relationship and community involvement networks.
• You will develop and design strategies which help address our clients' evolving procurement and supply chain needs and develop tactical plans to help clients implement such strategies and measure results.
• You will identify initiatives to help clients improve their supply chain processes and assist clients in reducing costs through a more efficient, effective and integrated supply chain organisation.
• You will support the team in gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects and manage budget development, financial management and staff.
What we expect from you.
• You have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences and have gained a minimum of 8-10 years' relevant work experience at a consultancy firm or in the Life ciences, chemical industries.
• You have broad knowledge and experience of supply chain, operations and operational excellence - from strategy to execution - in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech or FMCG sectors.
• You demonstrate proven extensive knowledge of and success in roles managing budget development, financial management and staff.
• You pay attention to detail, have strong problem solving skills and you are technologically proficient.
• You are fluent in English and have knowledge of German and/or French.
• You will share your expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching or mentoring others.
