Manager IT Processes & Project management (f/m)

Your key responsibilities:

The purpose of your job is to support the Kelvion IT Organization in using and further developing processes and systems in the area of IT service and project management.

Your tasks are classified as follows:

  • Define and further develop standardized processes and procedures in the area of IT service- and project management
  • Implement, administer and maintain the appropriate central systems
  • Advice and support the respective user groups
  • Create and maintain documentation and guidelines
  • Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions



Your qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in the area of IT support or project management
  • Experience in using and administering common ITSM and project management systems
  • Knowledge in using process management methodologies like ITIL or Prince 2
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills while being able to be assertive
  • Ability to present and conduct trainings to international audiences
  • Experience to work in an international, intercultural organization
  • Fluent English both orally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel
